August and September 2024 Payment Schedule
The initially scheduled payment date for August was Saturday, August 3rd. However, beneficiaries who started receiving their financial benefits before May 1997 will get their payment on Friday, August 2nd.
The September payment will also be made in August, specifically on Friday, August 30th. This means that two Social Security payments will be received in the same month, but it is important to note that these payments cover the months of August and September, not an additional payment.
