Recently, Havana Club International S.A. (HCI), the marketer of the most important Cuban rum, introduced new products on the island.
The two new beverages added to its portfolio were intentionally presented just before February 14th, Valentine’s Day, under the slogan “We need to see each other more.”
These are a chocolate cream and a rice pudding cream, both from Ruavieja, the Galician brand of liqueurs and spirits with a long practice in making these types of products.
Ruavieja is part of the Pernord Ricard portfolio and joins the products marketed by Havana Club in the country.
The beverages produced by the company, with 125 years of existence, are an indisputable link between Cuba and Galicia, as the flavors are traditional for both regions.
In the case of the rice cream, it is a product that has been present on the island for more than 5 years, though only with the typical milk cream with touches of orujo, grape liquor.
On the other hand, the Ruavieja chocolate could be said to have its success guaranteed not only by the preference of flavor among consumers but also because it is a product that can be offered on various occasions, whether at a party, among friends, or in intimate moments.
The rice cream is inspired by the typical rice pudding prepared by grandmothers, and the chocolate cream takes us back to the association of food with love.
Both drinks display a wide variety of flavors that honor the quality of Ruavieja products.
Havana Club International S.A. has its headquarters in Havana since 1993 and exports its rums to more than 100 countries around the world.
