• Reside in one of the following zip codes: 98404, 98405, 98408, 98409, 98418, 98444, 98445.
• Be a single head of household with children 17 years or younger, or 21 years or younger if the child has a disability.
• Have an income between 100 percent and 200 percent of the federal poverty level.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 65.

This initiative targets residents in areas with the highest concentration of ALICE households (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed), with participants selected through a random process.
